Spring Leaf’s location will encourage you to leave the car at home.

Across Broadway, you have the community gathering place—the Hillside Shops. You can meet neighbors and friends at the Logan's coffee bar, the Pilates studio, or at one of several cafes and restaurants. Shop at the organic-friendly Lucky's Market, and take care of daily errands at the dry cleaners, the packaging/shipping store, and liquor and video stores.

Just steps away on Broadway are stops for the SKIP and 208 bus routes, which connect within minutes to the Pearl Street Mall, the Farmer’s Market and the restaurants and shops of downtown Boulder, the University of Colorado, and bus rapid transit into Denver. As additional incentive, each household will be provided three years of Eco passes, allowing free or low-cost bus transit throughout the region, including to the Denver International Airport.

The Jarrow Montessori School is next door, Shining Mountain Waldorf School is several blocks up Broadway, and excellent public schools, including Foothill Elementary and Centennial Middle School, are within a short walk or bike ride.

Located within blocks of the foothills open-space hiking and biking trails, Spring Leaf is connected via bus, sidewalks, and bike lanes to many natural and recreational attractions throughout Boulder, including Wonderland Lake, Boulder Creek, and Chautauqua Park.

Spring Leaf is built around its own central park, so children can play within sight of every home. Next door are private tennis courts and a park reserved for the Forest Glen neighborhood.
